Cancellation Policy AND NO SHOW
Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations will be charged as shown in the table below:
Low season (seasons except in summer) (From 01 March to 09 December)
High Season (summer) (From December 10 to February 29)
Special Packages (New Year, Carnival and Easter and others)
* In case of early check-out at any reservation, whether or not the package will be
charged the full amount.
* It is the discretion of the Inn, whether or not the letter of credit daily for use in a future period stipulated in each situation.
* The user can arrange their replacement by another passenger on the same conditions, the same date.
No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the date of entry reserved. The apartment will be available for 24 hours. After this period we will consider the reservation canceled and will have the same procedure of our cancellation policy (will be a cancellation with less than 15 days).
